I kept getting multiple unauthorized transactions to my account every month. When I noticed it the first time, I called them (since it was the only way to reach them at that point) and, over the phone, they promised to cancel those transactions along with my account/card. The fraudulent transactions were reverted through negative balances in the next month, but the account/card was not cancelled, and these transactions found their way to my account AGAIN the following month. I've been having hour-long calls with them every other week on average to cancel these transactions and the account+card. Ongoing battle. Avoid if you value your time and credit score!
They are a fraudulent company preying on newcomers. The card is free, but the cost and risk are too high if there are any issues with automatic payment, unidentified transactions. As I reported about my two unidentified transactions with the amount of $69 each. I called so many times for a dispute. I haven't heard anything from them yet. I am so frustrated now even though I closed my account still I am getting so many calls every day regarding my outstanding payment. My score fell from 817 to 647 after working for years to build my credit as a newcomer! Stay away from this credit card. It is the worst ever!

When you call them the line is always fuzzy, which is bizarre in this age. Why are their lines so bad?! And when the automated system asks for numbers, they don’t work, I press and press on my phone and the system doesn’t register them! Except on the survey part!! Is this on purpose to discourage customers?!! It happens every time.
Why is it sooooo hard to find my statement, just want to know how much I owe?
