Awful system

The terrible antiquated company with too many storefronts and an awful system. There is no way to get an insurance quote anymore. I was told by an ICBC employee that you must buy a vehicle before finding out what it will cost to insure. Also when renewing you must pay for 3 months minimum and if you cancel before the 3 months is up its costs $30!

I have a good experience claiming in the past in one instance but in another instance I have had the worst, so I don't know what to tell. I find some of the adjusters very rude and have no customer experience at all. It's actually very embarrassing. They have no empathy for people.
