Love this place.

No nonsense. Just excellent customer service. The agent was first class... I found her extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful & very pleasant. Definitely an excellent addition to your wonderful staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for all my insurance needs. Great experience!

Outstanding service

We showed up close to closing to insure a car we had just purchased privately. Steve offered to stay late and help us. Not only did he go out of his way to help us, he also took the time to explain other inquiries we had. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We will be returning to see him for all our insurance needs.

Wani was friendly and super helpful. I had a ton of questions and was impressed that she had obviously kept up on ICBC's changes in policies. She even contacted me after I left the office with the answer to a question I had regarding personalized plates.

Cindy rocks- Sechelt

I needed to insure my brothers truck to clean out his home. He passed away last week and I am his executor. I brought in a copy of the will and a copy of the death certificate to Cindy, plus my own ID. Because she is forced to deal with computers and not human beings, the process got bogged down pretty quickly, but she persevered. It took an hour of diligent effort on her part and that of one of her co-workers on site, also, a (human) person on the phone but finally, I was able to walk out of there with the decals that I need to use the truck. Personally, I would have wanted to give up and tell me to go away, but she was friendly and encouraging and she won the day for me. So- brava Cindy and thank you.

Excellent Service

Have had three claims with ICBC during the last 10 years - 2 non-fault and one at fault. Found the claims staff and adjusters knowledgeable and helpful - consistently excellent service.

Offered good advice following a "hit and run" incident and assigned a claim number right away so I could proceed to get quotes for the claim. They provided names of authorized collision repair shops near my home. They assured me this incident would not impact my rates.

If you have a good driving record in AB, you should pay around $110/month (women - $105/month and men - $113/month). Do you overpay? Get an Alberta car insurance quote to start saving.

had one accident under this policy and it was handled perfectly. I had thought coming from Ontario at the time that it was going to be a hassel, but it wasn't.

ICBC is THE cadillac of auto insurance companies. They are more than helpful, experienced and what I have found over several insurance claims is that they are very human and compassionate. It doesn't matter who I have talked with or dealt with on any of my claims, you honestly feel like they really care about you and you are not just another customer. Everything is done to make the claim go as fast as possible, they call to make sure you are getting everything you need and while I didn't always like the decision they made I completely understood why they had to make it. Everyone always took the time to explain why to me, no one ever was dismissive to me and my 300 questions, they took the time to make sure I understood and was ok with the decision. Never did I feel like it was "just because that's the way it is". I wish all public companies operated the way ICBC does and hired such caring and compassionate staff.
