Not only did he go out of his way to help us, he also took the time to explain other inquiries we had. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was so scared and hopeless at the beginning after reading all these reviews. I had an accident on the 29th December , 2017 and it was not my fault. My car was declared as total loss. It's so unfortunate that I have lost my car. But surprisingly ICBC did a great job for me. Every one from customer service to adjuster was so nice to me. It took a bit of time as they were very busy but it was so smooth. I am really happy and grateful to ICBC.

Wani was friendly and super helpful. I had a ton of questions and was impressed that she had obviously kept up on ICBC's changes in policies. She even contacted me after I left the office with the answer to a question I had regarding personalized plates.
I needed to insure my brothers truck to clean out his home. He passed away last week and I am his executor. I brought in a copy of the will and a copy of the death certificate to Cindy, plus my own ID. Because she is forced to deal with computers and not human beings, the process got bogged down pretty quickly, but she persevered. It took an hour of diligent effort on her part and that of one of her co-workers on site, also, a (human) person on the phone but finally, I was able to walk out of there with the decals that I need to use the truck. Personally, I would have wanted to give up and tell me to go away, but she was friendly and encouraging and she won the day for me. So- brava Cindy and thank you.

My truck had received a crumpling dent while I was having breakfast at a Willow Point Restaurant. I am hearing impaired and the phone in the lobby would not work for me. I was about to leave and return home to try on-line, when she said. “Use your i-phone and phone me here I will pick-up and then route your direct to. So using “Bluetooth” I was able to accomplish this and quickly provide details for the initial report (ps the lady who brushed the truck left a nice note on the windshield). The lady handling the call was polite and efficient handling my claim. I later with the file number provided photographs of the truck and the letter under the driver’s wiper. All in all it was a rewarding experience of the Human side of a very large business.
