After moving under a kilometre away my rate went up. By 70$ a month. When I called them the very short-tempered person who answered the phone informed me that I was being charged extra for having a ticket that I was told and confirmed previously that it would not increase my insurance rate. Previous to this whole experience my wife tried to cancel insurance on a car that we no longer owned and they would not accept this cancellation for over 2 months.

The WORST customer service ever. I’ve called 4 times. On hold for over an hour each time. Can’t get through. Tried sending an email to deal with my request. Was told I had to create an online profile and submit the request that way and an agent would contact me if necessary. Followed those steps. My response from that was to call them. So I guess I’m back to trying to get through. As soon as I can speak to an agent I will be cancelling my insurance, no matter what the price break is.

I've been trying to get ahold of any advisor 3rd day now and I've been on hold for at least an hour per call. Today I made sure I called the hotline first thing in the morning.
Finally, somebody called me and helped me out with my issues. Looking forward to talk to him again in the future.

Every time you call to make any type of change you are on hold for well over 2 hours. They don't have a callback option or online chat either so there's no other option. Don't bother.

The worst customer service and they trying to rip off me by offering a very low amount to me. They even didn't let me keep my SUV as they know they can get a huge profit by selling my SUV in the market. Scam.

I've been trying to call someone once a week for the past month and a half, but I have been unable to reach someone after waiting for about an hour each time. My frustration has peaked and spilled over. Never AGAIN!!!

Terrible company. Still online for 4.5 hours. Nobody responds. Sent an email, nobody acknowledges. AVOID IT!

They don't deserve even 1 star. I recommend to change your insurance from the Personal before it is too late. They are not good with the communication, follow up with your claims, booking for repairs. If you have time to deal by yourself then stay with them because they will not do until you push them.

I am writing this review while waiting for the call agent. It is 1 hour and 35 minutes now. No Answer. They think that I have a whole day for this.
