After moving under a kilometre away my rate went up. By 70$ a month. When I called them the very short-tempered person who answered the phone informed me that I was being charged extra for having a ticket that I was told and confirmed previously that it would not increase my insurance rate. Previous to this whole experience my wife tried to cancel insurance on a car that we no longer owned and they would not accept this cancellation for over 2 months.
They gave me 6000 for a 2010 Subaru Wrx

Had great service from Marie-Pier over multiple times cars & buildings. Great for engineers in OIQ and Genium360. I wouldn't listen to those other negative reviews. Always haters in the world.
On the other hand TD Meloche Monnex has dropped the ball. I was 25 years with them and you just cannot get through to them. I'm out as soon as my renewal dates are up to switch over the rest of by business.
The WORST customer service ever. I’ve called 4 times. On hold for over an hour each time. Can’t get through. Tried sending an email to deal with my request. Was told I had to create an online profile and submit the request that way and an agent would contact me if necessary. Followed those steps. My response from that was to call them. So I guess I’m back to trying to get through. As soon as I can speak to an agent I will be cancelling my insurance, no matter what the price break is.
Courteous, clear, speedy claim processing and attentive to my needs. Friendly and patient customer service whenever I had to call.

I've been trying to get ahold of any advisor 3rd day now and I've been on hold for at least an hour per call. Today I made sure I called the hotline first thing in the morning.
Finally, somebody called me and helped me out with my issues. Looking forward to talk to him again in the future.
Every time you call to make any type of change you are on hold for well over 2 hours. They don't have a callback option or online chat either so there's no other option. Don't bother.
The worst customer service and they trying to rip off me by offering a very low amount to me. They even didn't let me keep my SUV as they know they can get a huge profit by selling my SUV in the market. Scam.
I've been trying to call someone once a week for the past month and a half, but I have been unable to reach someone after waiting for about an hour each time. My frustration has peaked and spilled over. Never AGAIN!!!
My truck has improved OEM style suspension upgrades (no change in performance, no lifting, etc..), and insurance coverage was denied.
I was informed of this after spending much of my afternoon on the phone and on hold, while also having provided all my details.
It would be worthwhile for them to advertise the alleged upgrades on vehicles which they will not cover, rather than have you on the phone for hours before being informed that you had basically wasted your time.
