terrible service and high rate

Was in an accident. Insurance was fully paid and no licenlicense suspensions so basically no reason for Wawanesa not to cover the damage. Worst company to deal with!! Spent hours on the phone everyday with no explanation as to why they were not paying for the damage. This went on for over 2 months!! Car rental expired after 2 weeks so no car for a month and a half!!! They finally paid the damages with an apology. Worst experience ever!! Just switched and I am now paying less than half the rate of Wawanesa so they over - charge too!!!

Nothing but a headache!

I have been with Wawanesa for 10 years. Never had a claim until this last year due to hail. Now I am jumping through hoops, being told different crap by different people, saying I need to talk to someone else, none of which ever returns phone calls. I will be changing all my insurance over to a different company as soon as I get this headached figured out.

Worst experience with Wawanesa

I had a bad experience with Wawanesa and I later realized it's better to pay a little more for insurance and get better service when you need it. No one admits to their mistake ....had to call several times to explain the same thing over and over and it was not for a lot of money.....but they lost my business for life. Plus a few others. They have the worst customer service!!
