I've only had one insurance claim with AMA and it was a good experience. i had $8000 dollars of cosmetic damage from severe weather and within 2 days my insurance appraisal was complete and was instructed to proceed to finding a repair shop. ill be the first to admit AMA is little on the pricy side but i have never had an issue with customer service, lack of transparency, registration of vehicles and insuring of vehicles/home. if you are looking for cheap insurance, there is a reason you get cheap insurance.
