Cooperators Auto Insurance Reviews

I'm paying these people a quarter of my paycheck every month and the two times I've needed help they let me down. Please explain to me how an insurance company closes their offices all day on Sunday. Then that same day the website is down all day so you can't even log into your account and get your information.

Please explain to me how someone can hit my car and run away and I get punished with a higher bill every month for it. I'm so done with these people. They charge me every month and I get nothing for it. They are unreliable and will continually let you down go with a different insurance provider.

I would like to say please do not use this company. I had my truck catch on fire so I put in a claim as I have full coverage with fire and theft on it and they completely refuse to cover it. Was also called names by representatives and was not professional at all. Just wanna say do not take your chances with this company.

This has to be the worst insurance company ever. They will take your money but if you ever have a claim they will fight to not pay it out. Waited months for a reply from the adjustor in the end only to reject the claim. What made it worse was other insurance companies with the same policy language paid out the claim where Cooperators refused to. Do not insure with Cooperators if you have a choice.
