I didn't like that they let you go over your credit limit by $500 as a courtesy . People have a credit limit for a reason
The rates are high but they have great customer service and a good loyalty prorgam. Easy to get more credit too.

Middle of the road. Nothing special stands out in my mind really at all. Don't think I've ever had serve or anything. I just use the card and pay the bill.
Rewards build up very quickly and are worthwhile
Overall I like my Avion card and the value of the rewards. I'm a business card holder and this is my only product with RBC. As a result the services I get are very limited - I can't get online statements, I can't go back more than 30 days to see transactions, etc. I've talked to customer service and the only way to enhance my service offering is to add a bank account.
Rewards are good but not as easy to use as my personal Capital One Aspire credit card.
