I’m sorry I don’t appreciate being put on hold for 25 minutes and then getting locked out of my account I would 100% not recommend this card
I was offered a vacation package that I saw in Mexico. I was stupid to believe all their lies. I realize this people are not honest, right away I call presidents choise to diapute the transaction. They told me because it was pending they cannot dispute it. So I waited. It was February when I signed a dispute form. But it seems like they are not doing any inventigation. I called many times and waitied for long call wait time. They said it takes 90 days to close this dispute. But it took till October. It took them 9 months and just to tell me I lost my dispute at the end. I will close all my accounts with this company. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about you, they didnt support my dispute even if I dont use any service of the merchant! And it took 9 long months for them to decide! Worst experience with this company. I will not deal with this people again!

This experience from beginning to end has been such a nightmare. So frustrating every time we had to deal with customer service.
Hours on the phone, dropped calls.
If long wait times upsets you, then this place will be really upsetting! I’ve called 4 times in past 2 years & each time it gets worse not better! They can’t make excuses for certain times as it’s all the times these four times are only the times I’ve waited on phone, it’s really been about 12 but I thought I would hear a time when they don’t say ”we are extremely busy & long wait times”… but this is on every time!
Also, they are not like every other credit card where they offer credit increases automatically… it’s a waste! Highest interest out there!
Used to be very easy and reliable master card to use. Customer service is horrible, wait on call for more than an hour and then your issue is not being resolved. Canceled my card!

I was charged $1400 on PC Mastercard for a service I never used. I disputed the transaction, PC said they would get back to me within 5 business days. I didn't hear anything until I called them a month later and they said no one had looked at the file, but that they would push the matter and someone would get back within 2 business days. I didn't hear back until I called another month later. They said, someone left us a voicemail on a friday afternoon and that we were instructed we had 2 days (over the weekend, while we were off the grid) to respond or the matter would be closed. We found a voicemail that was completely inaudible, which I assume is PC. We were told that they can't reopen to dispute and that the matter is closed. We made a formal complaint and again, we were told someone would get back within 2 days. It's been a month and I haven't heard a peep. After 15 years, we moved on to another provider, as we DO NOT TRUST PC WITH OUR MONEY!
I have been trying for the last couple of days to speak to someone about getting a new credit card as the card I currently have may have been compromised. Of course, the wait times to talk to someone on the phone is unbelieveably long to the point where you give up waiting. To go online, and you ask for a "live agent" the system spews out everything you do not want. What gives? Are you trying to lose customers? I ended up having to lock my account and decrease my credit limit as I do not want to risk someone using my card. This company does not seem to care about their customers because if they did their service would be a lot better. This company does not even deserve a rating of 1.
Anyone looking to get double charged on your account using PC Express? Do you know? That nifty feature, allowing you to purchase a product from your home and then go to collect it at a later date? I used it for the first time ever and later found out that not only did they charge my credit card on file, I ALSO had to pay when I got there. Looked at my PC App and saw a charge on there. So basically you'll be paying double and then wait 5 full business days to get your money back. Who honestly comes up with this? So poorly planned. Do they also have anyone working there?? I feel like no one is ever there when I need to talk to someone. I am so going to cancel this credit card. So much trouble for little reward.

Paid card off Oct 1. Purchased something on Oct 7. Since then unable to use our card... unable to get help. Unable to email for help. Unable to log in as access is denied. Unable to phone. Have been waiting over 1 hour with no response on 3 occasions. Terrible service. Can’t imagine if we would lose our card or have it stolen what we would do. Hopefully, there is no fraud happening. As soon as I can I am cancelling my card.
