Unacceptable support

The wait times to speak to someone have become ridiculous with PC Financial MasterCard. A 45-minute wait to speak to someone is not very professional. I'm very disappointed that, despite many requests to improve this, nothing changes and our concerns fall on deaf ears. After many years of being a valued customer, this will be the end of our relationship.
I am already 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold to report a lost card. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service has a long wait time!
I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to speak with the customer service representative!
If they can not support find an alternative way.
Impossible to get phone support. The activating card appears to require you to "set" i.e. change password then gives you a warning about problems you may experience with the password. The feedback tab doesn't appear to work with Edge.
I have had this card for almost 15 years and I have seen the customer service plummet. They no longer care about the customer and have wait times of up to 2 hours to be able to speak to an agent. They give the option of doing things online with their self serve options however those are limited and you end up having to call and waste a full day on hold just to be transferred multiple times to resolve the issue (in this case removing the PC insiders product from the card - which also, by the way, is a joke and not worth the $120 annual fee).
If there was an option to rate 0 trust me I would have. Rest assured I'll be paying off my balance and cancelling!

The card is basically useless. Restricts many online purchases. Treats the customer like they are doing you a favor. Customer service is garbage, and wait times are ridiculous.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
FRUSTRATING customer service. If you enjoy spending hours on hold and a website that doesn't work, by all means, get this card.
I haven't used the card because the first time they sent it, it didn't arrive. I sat on hold for an hour to be told "sit tight - it's probably going to arrive in the next day or two!".
Three weeks later, still hadn't arrived. I sat on hold for another hour to be told "we'll send you another card!"
The card finally arrived.
I try to activate it online, fill out everything, get the message "The system is unavailable. Try again in 10-15 minutes".
Tried the chat feature. It's a bot that cannot answer any but the most basic questions.
When the website & your card works, it's a great card with lots of perks. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The website will tell you to call customer service & no one will answer your call.

Very bad customer service they will never solve the problem as they will never take the call always on the waiting list for 3 to 4 hours and then you will give up if you have only one job to call them they may call them from morning to evening or to night maybe then they will pick up:-(

Waited 1.5 hours for the support online only to be told to transfer to PC Optimum. PC Optimum support then sent me back to PC Financial for another 1.5 hours wait for the call. Then the support cannot understand English properly and told me she had a problem with her system!
This is horrendous and absolutely unacceptable!
