If long wait times upsets you, then this place will be really upsetting! I’ve called 4 times in past 2 years & each time it gets worse not better! They can’t make excuses for certain times as it’s all the times these four times are only the times I’ve waited on phone, it’s really been about 12 but I thought I would hear a time when they don’t say ”we are extremely busy & long wait times”… but this is on every time!
Also, they are not like every other credit card where they offer credit increases automatically… it’s a waste! Highest interest out there!
After so many years as a loyal customer, it is disappointing to know that when times are rough this company is not loyal to their customer. Paying the full balance is all fine and dandy until you come into hardship. I have been hung up on and transferred to departments that have no idea why I am calling. You lose your PC points at their discretion. Very very disappointed and will not recommend this card to anyone.

Waited 1.5 hours for the support online only to be told to transfer to PC Optimum. PC Optimum support then sent me back to PC Financial for another 1.5 hours wait for the call. Then the support cannot understand English properly and told me she had a problem with her system!
This is horrendous and absolutely unacceptable!
I have had this card for almost 15 years and I have seen the customer service plummet. They no longer care about the customer and have wait times of up to 2 hours to be able to speak to an agent. They give the option of doing things online with their self serve options however those are limited and you end up having to call and waste a full day on hold just to be transferred multiple times to resolve the issue (in this case removing the PC insiders product from the card - which also, by the way, is a joke and not worth the $120 annual fee).
If there was an option to rate 0 trust me I would have. Rest assured I'll be paying off my balance and cancelling!
Worst experience and card!
We have had PC Mastercards for more than a decade. We have always paid our balance off in full each and every month. We moved in July. I called to change the address on my card and advised the customer service representative that the address on my husband's card would also need to be changed. I was assured that it was. Fast forward 4 months...( during which time) we received no phone calls, no notifications, no emails, no statements sent in the mail; nothing for my husband's card. My card, yes and I continued to pay off the monthly balance in full each and every time. Last week, My husband attempted to use his card only to find out that it had not only been suspended... but sent to collections!!! One would think that a company that has a long time, responsible customers who have ALWAYS paid their bill on time would have, at the very least tried to contact us to find out what the issue was!?! Then, to add insult to injury, while trying to rectify the situation, I was on hold for over 48 mins, spoke to a representative who then put me on hold again (without asking) and now, as I type this, my time wait time is at 1 hour and 53 mins. (and still holding) My advice to anyone out there thinking of getting a PC Mastercard- DON"T! Use another credit card. These people do not deserve to be in business! Nor do they deserve your business. Disgusting!
PS. I tried to give NO stars for customer service but it would not allow me to submit without one star-note-customer service is really ZERO stars!

The phone wait times are insane and often result in a transferring of departments, and additional wait times. Sometimes receiving a notice that it's not even available.
When speaking with customer service the quality and knowledge is low, most likely what leads to a transfer.
Zero justification for their actions.
Example: notified them I would be travelling, my card was deactivated while travelling, unable to reach support to resolve the issue. Was told the issue was resolved, continued to be unable to use it.
Took about 4 days to get through to someone who could actually look into the card.
"Risk department" then proceeded to spend 30 mins going over my most recent transactions... none of which I could actually confirm due to not having access to my online account to view these transactions that took place in another country.
Complete waste of time and the service provider was completely incapable of understanding the level of frustration or to explain why the card was deactivated or apologizing for the inconvenience this caused.
Try phoning, emailing (contacting) PC Choice Mastercard. Absolutely rotten. Transferred from one menu option to another and another and another. Finally long long wait time. Totally useless. Get another card.
Called me to ask about the authenticity of the purchase, was legit. Lock my account. I have called more than 4 times been on hold for over 2 hours each time for customer service just to transfer me to another department with another 2-hour wait time. I just need them to unlock my card which has zero balance. All bills linked to my account now all other companies emailing, calling me. PC you are the most brutal company to get a hold of. I called other company's customer service departments and got through in 10 mins each!!! I get my 2.3Million points back and go with another credit card company that knows what good customer service is. PC you are terrible. Would give -5 out of 5 if I could. Shame on you.

Tried to make a large purchase and it was declined, I had enough credit. I called customer service and the call had to be escalated 3 times (this took about 45mins of waiting). I was eventually told that because it was a large purchase it was being flagged and so I can use the card for smaller purchases and try the large purchase and it may or may not go through because it’s being flagged as suspicious and there was nothing the supervisor could do for me. This makes 0 sense, I have the credit, why can’t I make a large purchase if I’m consenting? Cancelled the card immediately.

This experience from beginning to end has been such a nightmare. So frustrating every time we had to deal with customer service.
Hours on the phone, dropped calls.
