I will never recommend this credit card to anybody.

More a headache the longer I have it. Every time I get an non native English speaker they tell me the charge is not fraudulent and send me to the dispute department. I did NOT make the charge! That is Fraud. After 8 phones calls I finally got an native English speaker in Disputes who fixed my problem, re issued me a new card and sent it back to fraud all done for them! and I got my $$ refunded
I have a dispute issue and same thing with non native speakers, they can NOT communicate, do not listen to what you say and do not do what they say. They claim my dispute is being cancelled due to inability to contact the seller, which is my problem. And told me they cant help me, do it yourself. Its obviously some kind of scam, as the minute I applied for a refund the agent when awol as well as my Credit Card company, whom is supposed to help me!
Terrible service!
I had 4 charges of frauds FROM AIRBNB on August 18, 2023:
I phoned PC Financial at and spoke to a lady to report these frauds
and I got the corrections (refunds) of 3 frauds next day but then PC Financial put these 4 charges of frauds back to my account again. I tried to contact PC Financial again to find out the problem but failed to contact them, I were put on hold for 45 minutes and then the connection dropped. I phoned again and got the same respond (holding for 40 minutes and the connection dropped). I will try again to dispute these frauds from AIRBNB and then I will cancel my PC credit card after 25 years using it for its grocery points.

I was charged $1400 on PC Mastercard for a service I never used. I disputed the transaction, PC said they would get back to me within 5 business days. I didn't hear anything until I called them a month later and they said no one had looked at the file, but that they would push the matter and someone would get back within 2 business days. I didn't hear back until I called another month later. They said, someone left us a voicemail on a friday afternoon and that we were instructed we had 2 days (over the weekend, while we were off the grid) to respond or the matter would be closed. We found a voicemail that was completely inaudible, which I assume is PC. We were told that they can't reopen to dispute and that the matter is closed. We made a formal complaint and again, we were told someone would get back within 2 days. It's been a month and I haven't heard a peep. After 15 years, we moved on to another provider, as we DO NOT TRUST PC WITH OUR MONEY!
The most frustrating customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have probably spent 8 hours in total trying to get a hold of somebody, and a majority of the time I'm just hung up on while being transferred. I've been told on numerous occasions that I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours from my supervisor, and 5 days later I got a call that I happen to miss. So I called back in minutes after and said "I just missed a call from management, can you please transfer me"? I was told I would get a call back within three to five business days.
On top of this I have provided two different instances of fraud on my card, they have decided to ignore it because I had given the merchant my credit card number for a transaction previously.
I would advise anyone else who is thinking of getting a PC Financial Mastercard to go with somebody else, this is by far the most frustrating credit card interaction I've ever had.
I am cancelling my card as soon as I use my PC grocery points.
The representative was not helpful at all. I asked him to explain what he just read off the paper because it was unclear what he was referring to and he just re-read the same line numerous times as pretty rude about it. It seemed as if he was only able to read a script. While I tried to explain a few things going on with the case he kept interrupting me, and I don't mean once or twice, the majority of the conversation was him trying to talk over me.
Hopefully, they recorded the call for "quality assurance"
I didn't apply for their credit card and somebody got a credit card under my name online. I got mail that I applied that is how I knew about it.
I called them and waited in line for 1 hour - no one answered and there's no service with this company. I know because somebody used my husband's name and got this PC Mastercard and spent $2000 and ruined my husband's credit.
Also, they didn't help him. He had to wait 4 hours to get an answer to the phone and he solve the problem by himself.
PC Financial is a very BAD company!
It was shocking they accept the application without a checking ID!!!
Poor security system!!!
They didn't even talk to the person on the phone to open the credit card without ID.
This company should be closed!

Someone used my credit card. It took 6 months for them to realize that it wasn't me. They sent me an apology letter and then put the charge back on my card and don't want to talk to me or discuss why, it was 4 months of wasting my time calling in, investing more than 13 hours, and still no supervision is never there or return my phone calls, stay away.
6 months later and PC Mastercard customer service admits my file was still not even looked at. Called 5 times and each time they say it will be expedited.
I had fraudulent charges on my account and reported in a timely matter, provided documents and evidence, and never got my money back.
Don’t get this card.
I called in to authorize a purchase after it was declined. Fail #1I tried again and it locked my account for fraudulent activity. Fail #2
Tried calling in for the ENTIRE WEEK. Took an hour to finally reach a customer service representative who said the fraud team will look into it. Fail #3
It’s been more than 3 weeks, I hear nothing from them. Try to call their customer service but of course, the wait times are an hour long no matter when you call. Haven’t been able to use my card for more than 4 weeks now.
Their fraud team is terrible, their customer service terrible, and their system can’t even authorize a purchase I called in to authorize. Embarrassment. Go with literally any other bank...

Had a fraudulent charge on the card, the card was not stolen.
Waited on the phone for over 3 hours before the issue was resolved.
Funny that when the new card came in, to get it operating only took 4 minutes.
This is unacceptable.

Although this company has an agreement with Shoppers Drug Mart and people are generally happy since they are getting points, any time there is a fraudelence in your account, the support is bare minimum.
I had a fraudulent charge on my account from a photo shop in NY where I haven't been since more than 15 years. When I complained to PC, they first refunded that amount, but then called me back when I was away for 3 weeks on vacation and then added that amount. Since then, this issue was not resolved. If I had these issues with another credit card company, like major banks, they would have been resolved long time ago. Finally, I took my complaint to the Ombudsman and waiting to hear a favorable solution.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT CARD TO ANYONE. ALL OTHER VISA CARDS OFFER POINTS OR REBATES. DON'T LEARN THE HARD WAY LIKE I DID!
