If you don’t use it for 6 months they cancel your card & slap a high inactive charge on you!
Have been waiting for a $189 refund due to overpaying for 5 months & the answer I keep getting is “check is in the mail” plus once 6 more Ki this passes they’ll decrease my refund by another $10 - so I overpaid $189 & only being refunded $169
Avoid this SCAM credit card!!!!

Stay Away - Long Story, short!
1) This card will charge you fees for services that you never asked or requested for like $3 or $4 every month for something or the other. It's not huge but once you are being charged every month it is difficult to get hold of them to ask what is it for.

2) Poor customer service - They will keep you on hold for long, then hill transfers to supervisor then another supervisor and then another.

3) Difficult in understanding transactions - Once you review your account, the transactions mentioned should be easy to understand, so that you know where you have to spend money. But nope, they use short forms which makes it so difficult for you to understand that where you have spent the money.

Very bad experience.

For some unknown reason they added a balance insurance charge to my account, I called and sent a letter to their customer service to request cancellation, the issue has never been solved, I stop using the account for several months and the insurance charge back on again even I paid all my very small balance off immediately each time I use my card.

This company does provide customers with protection on their cards. They beat around the bush telling you to contact the place that has charged you. They do not do claim protection or dispute. They do not care about customer's interests or for their protection whatsoever. They even charge you extra hidden fees to your actual balance when you calculate what you owe on your statement it does not add up to what's on the account balance. They are full-time scammers. Do not join this companies credit card.
