Intact Insurance Funeral Expense would not pay for Grand Mother' s Funeral due to COVID 19!!! They said that proof was needed! Grand Mother died in a Nursing Home!!! We are all heartbroken! The people at Intact Insurance were so rude and unconcerned about her death that both Mom and my wife cried all night!!! Intact Insurance demanded immediate Proof that She Died of COVID 19!!! We don't know what to do! All our families are Heart Stricken in Grief!!!
