If I could give Primerica zero stars, I would. When I called customer service to cancel my membership, a guy told me he cancelled it. After a couple of months, I noticed that Primerica was still charging my bank account. I called again and a woman hung up on me after I told her I’d like to cancel my membership. I called again and I was transferred to someone else, then put on hold multiple times. Finally, I spoke to a woman who has said she cancelled my membership. I cannot get a refund for a service I was not using nor can they tell me why another man told me he cancelled my membership when he really didn’t. This is all a scam to get your money. They’re sneaky enough to make you feel comfortable enough to believe them. Their agents are horrible.
A representative of this company has been forcing my parents to make me get an insurance and is doing it without my discretion. Would rate 0/5. I am of legal age and she should respect her client's request not to keep on bugging him.
Frustrated My name is Joeann Green cancelled policy 3 months still waiting on refund check
(1) Primerica employs a one size fits all philosophy. Term insurance may often be the best solution but what if insurance is needed a lifetime? Examples: disabled child, to offset taxes, funeral expenses for life.
(2) Primerica is more expensive than the traditional life insurers such as Sun Life Financial.
(3) Primerica's term policies are never convertible to permanent insurance, whereas traditional insurers allow this.
(4) Primerica is the only company that allows advisors to work part-time.
I compared pricing online and Primerica was charging my wife and I 63% more than equally rated insurers. Won't deal with them ever again.
I have dealt with two different Primerica agents on two different occasions and both were unethical and unprofessional. Neither one of them is educated or works full time for Primerica. Why would I buy my life insurance from someone who doesn't know much about insurance and only works in insurance a couple of hours a week because they have a full time job elsewhere?
I bought this when i was young, now when gor for a renewal they are asking about a whole month income. frustrated with the way they dealing the customer.
They were extremely unprofessional when it came to my sister’s policy. In the beginning, the rep seemed very helpful until it was time for the paperwork to go through claims and the policy was denied. Stated that my sister put false information, which the rep said that he checked and everything was correct on his end. Then he said he would appeal it and email me a copy of the appeal which he never did and when I called the company they said it was never done. So I had to come out of pocket to lay my sister to rest because of this company. And after I talked to the company and tried to reach back out to the rep, he ignored all text and calls, which I feel was very unprofessional. So please do not choose them for your life insurance.
I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of rep. I have observed that he does not act professionally and is unclear about his objectives. At first, he proposed something that seemed to be a genuine opportunity, but in reality, his behavior and intentions were entirely different.
Furthermore, when I did not agree with his ideas, I experienced harassment. He tries to exert pressure to ensure his viewpoint is accepted, and when he doesn't get his way, he resorts to inappropriate tactics. I am concerned about the lack of transparency and professionalism in his actions, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to resolve this situation.
Discriminates against Homemakers! Apparently, Homemakers are not worthy of life insurance according to Primerica. No income - no insurance.
