J'ai rempli un document par téléphone avec mon conseiller et il y a eu un malentendu pour une des questions. Ensuite, au lieu de prendre une entente et corriger la réponse du questionnaire, ils disent que jai fait une fausse déclaration et décident de supprimer ma police d'assurance permanente que je paye depuis 8 ans environ en gardant l'argent que j'ai investi dedans bien-sûre.

I have been paying for my term life that my father was a broker for Empire life. I have been paying my premiums since about 1984. Now that I have reached 75 Empire Life increased my premium by 18% per year. I feel this is exorbitant. When I asked about why I was told it was because the prime interest rate is low. Why do I have to pay for this circumstance when I bought the insurance it wants low.
After three calls to customer service still no person to talk to.

It is too late for me but be warned to read your policy, they have cart blanch to raise at their discretion. Very unfair.
