Faith Life is a terrible company. Please do not believe they are faith-based in any way. We were and still are members of a Lutheran church and began with Faith Life when it was Lutheran life. We believed them for about 20 years. They found a loophole in my husband's plan when he died of a heart attack at the age of 50. He passed within two years of renewal that they told us would be better. I took them to court and that included a huge team and the owner of Faith Life. It was a horrible process and experience, nothing looked or acted like they were faith-based at all.
The company looks good and caring until you need them. Please be aware.
