They have a phone line but it's useless - most questions and requests are being redirected back into email. Email is slow. They always end with the suggestion of calling the call center with further questions (where they suggest I go back to email, as noted above). Agents are poorly trained. To a question "can I do XYZ" their response would be "no". No explanation, no education - forcing you to contact them again, and again, and again. And again. And they have no managers. At least no one is available to talk to you. I requested the call centre agent to transfer me to a manager, he said I should request this through an email. Which I did and have not heard back. I've had enough. I am switching.
