I chose this lender because they offered the best rate however they have been excellent in terms of customer service. I especially appreciate the online access to my account and opportunity to easily change payment schedules check amortization etc. My scotiabank mortgage is a lot more awkward to manage.

Easy to deal with and also provide great information. At the time of getting my loan they were the best rate for the time period we were going for. I like that they have they online viewing options.
