Great-West Life Group Benefits Insurance Reviews

No one knows what the hell is going on, no one has contact numbers or communicates with each other. I send in forms to add my fiance on almost 2 months ago and didn't hear a single thing back, so my company HR contacted them on my behalf last week (thursday, it's now tuesday) and they didn't reply to him either. They said they were going to send me forms and never did, they sent me a form of what I currently have instead of what I wanted changed. Absolutely horrible. Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with, my coverage is pretty good but don't dare try to add anyone else on or have to contact them for any reason. I'm still without my insurance now going on 1 year later after I originally requested it.

My fiancé added me to his plan and when I called to inquire about a claim they refused to talk to me and would only deal with my fiancé. Even though I had the plan number they basically hung up on me. I would give less than one star if I could.
