The worst health insurance company I have ever experienced

Absolutely the worst customer service in the business!! No one can answer questions, no one calls you back with information regarding your claim, told “ you’re not the only one that has to be reviewed “ it’s been a month !! No accountability, zero respect for the customer. I’ve had multiple issues with claims and payments gone “ missing “ no one ever has the same answer twice. Saying I HATE this company is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I think I’d rather pay out of pocket for personal insurance then deal with these idiots.

Avoid this company by any means. They will do everything to delay payments by months. The customer service is useless. For example, they told me that "their system" doesn't recognize an address if it is written as an apartment number dash a building number. This is one of their outrageous reasons to either not to pay or significantly delay. I have to fight every time I submit a claim.
