This company is a scam. Had my services with them in Atlantic Canada for 10 years. Customer service was below standards and they will manipulate and contradict their statements and emails. Asked to make adjustments to my policies later to find out that I was still paying for policies I didn't want after months. Told to fill out "cancellation forms" and send them in but they decided to cancel them without waiting for their "cancellation form" in the mail. Confusing. This company insures teachers and my advice to these teachers are: DON'T GET SCAMMED and take your business elsewhere. They don't treasure their long time clients and really don't care! Avoid them at any cost!
