Never be with this company if you have a choice. This company made me so frustrated
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. AND THERE'S TOO MUCH DIRT TO TALK ABOUT and the list is way too long to talk about, and the only reason they have one star for anything is because this site won't let u put zero stars
Fortunately I haven't had to put a claim on my life insurance but they also do the medical insurance and do it well.
Thjey have lousy coverage- especially regarding dental claims.
I have not been overly happpy with my agent and feel that he has not always provided concise information or has communicated when the rates have increased.
hard to get a hold of the right person; shuffled around
our company decided to switch insurers but they seemed to be fair. I never personally had a reason to contact them but there billing was always accurate
I made a claim a month ago and they are requiring unnecessary information even after I gave them the original receipts. Scam company. Please pick some other insurance company.
