This is the absolute WORST company. The customer service is garbage, they never get back to you, you wait on the phone forever, get transferred to multiple people, and never get any answers. They also make changes to your policy without notice or reason.

Was involved in a hit and run. I submitted a claim, got a call - had to call much over 15 times over 3 weeks (once or twice a day) to finally get connected to someone: not even the person who had initially called me. Disappointed over all.
