This company is awful. Instead of trying to keep me they decided to increase my monthly rate. No claims with them ever and that's how they say thank you. Now I am trying to cancel the policy.

I was shocked after they screwed up my insurance cards three times, after transferring insurance from one vehicle to another. Then they charged me $587.62. Unreal
