Most incompetent people work here. Never helpful. My insurance went up by 25% with 40 years of safe driving. Robbing public.
I've been with ICBC since last year only when I moved here in BC. The first couple of calls I kept quiet until now. I've never experienced good at least a good conversation with CSRs. Most of them are rude and easily get pissed if you asked a lot of question and not very much accommodating and helpful. Aside from a very expensive and monopolized insurance here in BC talking to a friendly and helpful voice would make a difference somehow.
