Horrible customer service, made me wait over a week after I submitted an application just to deny me for filling out the form wrong (they did not instruct me on the correct manner before or after)
Adviser Terry is a big mistake to be part of the a company that can ruin your reputation. Maybe that's why you guys have a very poor feedback rating. Terry is an unprofessional uneducated employee that I've talked to. She is a beyond unacceptable individual in the company... Good luck to you... I hope don't treat your fellow human like your slave... You can't treat people like that remember we are still human. Good luck Personal having such an unprofessional employee... Very impolite and terrible customer service. Never try Personal that is a trap. The agents are very rude and disrespectful. Giving you the wrong information for the quote and they are not responsive.
I contacted them regarding a new quote. The first quote they gave me was a really good price. But they needed a few more details and so I called them back. Every time I call them the price increases with the same detail. They promise a price but change it with every call. When you ask them why their agents started yelling. Threatening that they do not have to give me insurance. (One of the agents' names was Max stay away from him). I got quotes from their competitors too and the best part was. When I called to confirm my policy; they pulled my report and told me that they would have to increase my premium than originally quoted due to some information on the auto plus report. The next day I called another company and they pulled my insurance record from the same company but that had different information than what personnel told me. Not only did they give me the wrong price/quote but disrespected me over the phone and intimidated me as a client. Would not do business at all with them. Be careful.
After moving under a kilometre away my rate went up. By 70$ a month. When I called them the very short-tempered person who answered the phone informed me that I was being charged extra for having a ticket that I was told and confirmed previously that it would not increase my insurance rate. Previous to this whole experience my wife tried to cancel insurance on a car that we no longer owned and they would not accept this cancellation for over 2 months.
Had great service from Marie-Pier over multiple times cars & buildings. Great for engineers in OIQ and Genium360. I wouldn't listen to those other negative reviews. Always haters in the world.
On the other hand TD Meloche Monnex has dropped the ball. I was 25 years with them and you just cannot get through to them. I'm out as soon as my renewal dates are up to switch over the rest of by business.

I am 72! I have had motorcycle coverage with them for about 10 years - no claims. Called to enquire if there are any discounts due to COVID 19 and the answer is no. And my monthly payments have been increasing for 3 months. I pay monthly for 12 months. I have ridden 350 km as of the date of the call this year. The representative was rude & hung up on me. I will never deal with this company again.
This company is terrible. I would highly recommend you LOOK ELSEWHERE! They are completely inept and plain RUDE. While trying to get some answers about a claim filed over 6 months ago, I was put on an extraordinarily long hold, passed over to an agent who was unaware of the day of the week, put on another hold and then passed over to another agent who was eager to start that process all over again. They DO NOT respect their client's time and must be taught a lesson in business value! They also stumble over facts and misrepresent details and are very ill-informed thus wasting more time. Then, on top of all that, they hang up on me and now I am on hold for another 1.5 hours. As I said, overpriced, under-serviced with NO CLUE as to the value of customer's time! STAY AWAY!

They are very good at taking your money but customer service is horrible. It's been 7 weeks and we still don't have the claims cheque. There are mistakes one after the other have resulted in this ridiculous delay. When the claims department is contacted the representative says there is nothing they can do about it, like direct deposit the claim amount. Would not recommend them.
