PC Financial randomly just shut down my account. No explanation or anything. I had never been late on payments etc. I spent hours on hold and days of emails before a response from the company.
Soon as this card expires I'm done!
You can't even talk to an alive person anyone...
So I set up a chat - no response.

Twice now I have had to call and inquire why I am being charged interest on credit card statements when the bill is paid on time (full balance). It actually happened on 3 statements. I didn't catch the first one (it was $6) but the second one was for $101, so I began to carefully check bank statements. Then recently, so 6 months after the first one I caught, it happened again. They reverse them but a ridiculous process to speak to someone and ZERO explanation as to how this happened!!! They don't even question you they just say they will reverse it. Suspect, to say the least. I used to love this card but I think this time I will be cancelling it for good, after 20 years.
Telephone wait times are always unreasonable. I had my card stolen and though I was able to report it stolen and have it cancelled relatively quickly online I waited over 2 hours by phone to report fraudulent charges. As I couldn't always wait over 2 hours each time this had to happen three times. As I'd reported illegal charges my online account was frozen and I had to call in to have it unlocked. Again, 2-hour phone waits. I could not activate the new card as I was locked out of my online account and after waiting 2 hours 20 minutes the call service operator had to refer me to the fraud security department. I said I would not wait another 2 hours on hold and I was assured this would not happen. After a further 30 minutes on hold and no answer, I hung up, emailed requesting a paper copy of my account be mailed and to close my account. I cut up the never-activated card and see no use for this product.
You will literally wait on hold for Hours to talk to someone.
I've tried to resolve some issues over the past couple of weeks. 48 minutes the first call was on hold.
An hour and 20 minutes the second time
And the third time was an hour and 40+ minutes
Just terrible.
Stear clear if these guys.

Waited 1.5 hours for the support online only to be told to transfer to PC Optimum. PC Optimum support then sent me back to PC Financial for another 1.5 hours wait for the call. Then the support cannot understand English properly and told me she had a problem with her system!
This is horrendous and absolutely unacceptable!
This card is a pain. They cut the limit in half when my wife was out travelling with the kids. Got stranded because she couldn't get gas with the card.
Customer service terrible, they just don't care and now I have zero credit available with no explanation given.
Whatever, I was just using it for convenience since we live close to Superstore. $1500 limit isn't exactly a credit card. Just another bank stumping on regular people who got hit with the covid.
We have been paying our credit card on time every month maybe not in full but never missed a payment. My husband's score was 830. Then when they dropped his limit it went to 680 but all the other cards are great standing. Once paid off - by-by, PC!

I have now called 7 times over a 10 day period and have not yet been able to reach a customer service supervisor or have one call me back. PC MC sent a letter that reduced my credit limit with no explanation and no evident recourse. I use the credit card extensively every month and pay it off each month. I called to get an explanation and increase or return the credit limit to the previous level. Every time I call I am advised that I must speak to a supervisor but none is ever available and no one has ever called me back and more than a week has passed. Really poor customer service.

To say that I am beyond disappointed, appalled and disgusted with PC Financial services is a gross understatement. I've lost an entire day at work on the phone with PC. That's almost 8 hours of holding and waiting for my issue to be resolved.
I've been a PC Financial customer for less than a month and I was in the process of moving to PC Financial. However, within the space of 24 hours, my account has been restricted four times. I've spent an ENTIRE workday on the phone trying to get a hold of someone. Everyone I spoke to was helpful yet not.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
