This company has a serious problem with customer service. Their wait times on the phone are completely unreasonable. Trying to make any purchases online is always a problem and getting someone to respond is simply a waste of time. I will be cutting up this card. I just can’t put up with it anymore. I will tell everyone I know to never get this card.
Presidents choice Mastercard:
The way customers get treated by customer service is blamed at the top. It’s July and my account has not been active since June 3rd.
There has been no notification Indicating an apparent suspension enlisting: over limit, do not go over, and respectfully I was 60 dollars to find this out on July 11th.
There is a reason why there is high turnover and low morale between customer service representatives and clients that work there. They state monthly. Statements that everyone reads big say nothing about the suspension.
If you want to sign up and get a free bag of cookies and be treated horrible sign up. Spend a lot of money online and the store earns PC points where you can buy peanuts and cracker jacks. The circus is alive and well! Thanks but no thanks

I have been on hold for an hour and a half waiting for a service representative. If you do not have the staff just say so on your wait times or close the call center altogether. I am trying to close an account for my deceased mother and now know for sure I will never use your services.
Incompetent staffs. Took forever to reach to a live agent. Staffs were rude and unable to identify or reactive my new card. Poor judgment skills
I've been a PC Financial Mastercard holder for almost 10 years. Everything was fine until one day my card had been compromised. That is when the nightmare began. I've spent the last 6 months being sent from department to department, fighting them over the fraudulent transaction. To this day I'm still fighting them over it. The disorganization is horrible. Stay far far away from PC Financial if you value your sanity. You've been warned

I deposited my pay but now can't access it. I have had the account for over 3 weeks. After activation, I went to use it. DECLINED. But I have money in there I told the clerk who had no answers. Now what? Over the next 8 days tried using the card only to be DECLINED each time. I also tried contacting only to be left on hold then disconnected.
I hate this card! They always block my card like 3 times a day. And also the duplicate transaction with different dates. I can't even use my available credit.
