I am able to use my rewards to pay down my mortgage and to add to my mutual funds and I can do this online
The rates are good. The customer service is good. The option to use the points toward the payment is excellent.
We booked a 4-night stay in Tulsa and were treated exceptionally well by Sarah. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. We use our points for travel throughout North America, nice to be able to travel again.
