Blue Cross Life Insurance Reviews

My MIL died more than five months ago. She had a very small life insurance policy with Blue Cross. After numerous contacts by phone and email, we finally received demands for a range of paperwork, which we provided. Then they asked for something further two months ago. Current status - they are 'reviewing' that documentation. Absolutely the worst service and process ever. Outrageous. This policy should have been honoured within weeks - five months later, nothing.
DO NOT TAKE LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am a client trying to get a refund for eyeglasses since December. We are March now and still nothing. Every time I call or send an email I get a different story and new requests but never my refund.
