Are you interested in?
They reported a claim on my Equifax for 50k and when I reached out to find out what it was all about no one can answer me. Oh, and I don't have a policy with them!
Worst customer service experience.
Going to change my auto and home insurance!
I asked the customer service lady why my premium went up, she told me like I cannot explain to you, it consists thousands of factors....it does not make sense to me...
