Not worth it to go through to this company even cheap payment but no peace of mind if you have claims,

I got involve in an accident, it's not our fault on the first hand, but the adjuster never to be on our side, being rude, impolite, and aggressive. Everytime i talked to him feels like he's on rush to end the conversation.Matthew S. if this is your adjuster heads up
They never call you for update, I was left hanging figuring out what is happening, I am the one who always contact for follow up

Even in car rental they will not pay they will tell the rental comp. that they will give the final date, even my car is not fix. Ending up I am gonna be charge by my own pocket!!

So sad, worst ever, I will change insurance after I get my car

Please never going with this company !! Why ?? Because of I've been more than one year and half with them with no claim also two car insured with this company ,last week my wind-shield is broken with rock but they didn't pay me !!!! this is their rule for full cover option !!! I said to their customer service what's the meaning of full cover option for cars and they said if your wind-shield broken by fall a piece from aircraft we will pay you but not for ROCK !!!!!!!
Now I'm scare for future days and don't sleep because of I need my car for this weekend and will change my company as soon as possible , and I was lucky to know them with wind shield not with serious accident !!!

Worst experience ever with having a claim, my adjuster spent more time out of the office, never returned phone calls, didn’t follow up! And because of this I have a storage balance of over 5000, did the BBB and looking into a lawsuit! Asked for supervisor/ manager to call me back and nothing! But you bet they take my payments out each and every month! The Personal is a scam! And I have started to look for new insurance!

The personal is very stingy on providing/covering accident benefits even when you are not at fault or not charged in the accident. It has taken more than 8 months to pay out some of their accident benefit obligations. They are very slow to return phone calls and their adjusters avoid your questions or phone calls. They are terrible to deal with. Run to your next insurer.

I spoke to a customer service manager named Charlie, he could not tell me the exact reason why my policy increase by 444.00, even the numbers he provided did not make any sense. He said, "no one can give you an exact explanation..", there are so many factors that go into deciding a policy. No staff member could tell me or make sense of why my policy increased!

It is frustrating that I have to go somewhere else to get an affordable and a good policy, there is no loyalty. I had to reduce my policy coverage to keep my premiums affordable. Do no deal with this company, or any company that refuses to give you a break down of your policy and the differences in premiums year over year.

Stay away!! These people will put you in your grave before they process your claim. The way they handle things is very stressful and nerve wrecking . We are going through hell and back. They won't return our calls. And when we get a hold of them after numerous messages, they dont give us any information. its come to the point where we have no choice but take legal action.!

Our car was hit in our condo parking lot while it was parked. The offenders had personal. Their inability to return phone calls and relay information back to the victims caused massive delays in repairs, and we wound up getting charged insurance for the rental vehicle while ours was being repaired. Now in the process of disputing that charge, but not holding out much hope. Avoid at all costs!

after having a serious accident i am still fighting for my claim now more then 2 months the worst service ever mrs Josee L. the worst agent ever please think twice before going with personal for your own good and peace of mind agents rude and think they own the world after you paye for X months or years you still dont mean nothing for them they just dont wanna paye you for anything even a rental car listed on the contract personal is a scam and should be remover from the market a fraud co.

I was shopping for car insurance, as my former insurer was getting too pricey. The agent at The Personal seemed nice enough, and the rate was oddly much lower than any company I had called, including brokers, esp for the area I live in and the car I drive. However, when asked if he could send me a copy of the quote detailing the premium along with the principle amount I would be paying for each type of coverage, he stated,

"Sorry, we can't do that. You need to sign up first, then we'll send you all the paperwork to review."

Shouldn't you send me everything first so I can REVIEW it and THEN sign off on the documents? Why would anyone sign up for insurance first and then look over the documents? That makes NO sense! Even with the lowest premium, their conduct of business seemed odd and when I inquired with another company, they said that what they asked of me was ILLEGAL!

I felt the agent rushed me just to sign me up.
Needless to say, I had to go with the 2nd best option I had.

I have been with them for years for home and auto, always paid in full and no claims. I called for a quote to add another driver/vehicle. I was on/off hold for more than an hour and finally bluntly told my policy would be cancelled because the driver I was getting the quote on had a previous cancellation for non-payment with another company. I was stunned. What started out as me looking for a simple quote ended in someone with no empathetically telling me my policy was going to be cancelled because of something someone else did. Asked for a manager, was put on hold for another 20 minutes and told no one available. I refused to hang up without speaking to a manager and finally got someone who apologized and offered a solution. However, by then I was enraged. I promptly phoned Allstate and moved my home and auto AND saved $500. Good riddance!
