Way too long wait times

This is a great card by itself. The reward is decent, the included insurance is great, membership with Priority Pass plus free passes are awesome. The annual fee is a bit pricey, but as a BMO bank customer, I receive rebate towards this annual fee.
The biggest problem I have with this card is with BMO Rewards website, especially with their price match policy. They only do price match with some specific travel providers, such as Air Canada Vacations, Sunwing, etc... They do NOT price match with Expedia or some other travel agencies. Even when they do price match, they will then charge $30 plus taxes booking fee.
Another problem is how you redeem the points. Unlike some other travel credit cards, such as Scotia AMEX gold, the points cannot be redeemed as statement credits against your previous travel expenses. Instead, they can only be used when making a new booking.
Decent rewards. Membership in Priority Pass for access to Lounges is a great perk for frequent fliers. Easy to book rewards but have to use the BMO Rewards website.

Always sent new card if they suspect someone has your number. Rewards are good. Annual fee is fair. Haven't had any issues
Card was simple to get Travel benefits are the biggest perk Annual rate a bit high considering the volume of business i do.

Got a call that my card was compromised, so I called BMO. Waited 45 minutes on hold, got asked really hard to answer security questions - apparently, I got one wrong or something - as many people would since it’s something many people don’t know off the top of their heads. She told me she couldn’t help me because I failed the security test. That I had to physically go to a branch - because some random hacker on the internet compromised my card or something - something not even my fault. I’m just really annoyed right now so venting. I don’t think they should make the questions so hard to answer without any notice of what they are going to ask. Especially after such a long time on hold.
