Walmart MASTERCARD Consumer Reviews

I switched to a Walmart Mastercard credit card 18 months ago and have had to have THREE cards in that time and re-register my card on all the online stores I use. Not just any stores. Reputable stores with good personal information security. Then, when I reported this fact that I've had 3 cards in 18 months, the person I spoke to over the phone kept discounting my concern that our credit cards are so insecure. I dropped that question and asked what we as consumers can do to make our cards more secure, and she HUNG UP ON ME. Professional.

I don't care about your insurance, I don't even care about the fraudulent use of my card, it's the attitude of the operators and the hang-up call b/c they didn't want to suggest what I could do, which I assume is nothing.

Worst customer service ever. They cannot even explain properly how the charges incurred in my card despite paying the balance statement in FULL and before the DUE DATE. They just keep making excuse as it is a residual charge but cannot even elaborate how that happened. Walmart Mastercard team should re-train their customer service.

I'm using the third credit card from Walmart rewards Mastercard
No support when there are discrepancies. I reported fraudulent charges being deducted from my credit card without my consent. Customer service put the onus on me and did not go after the crooks that stole my money.
I was forced put a stop order on my credit card. I have to reapply for a new card. Because they would not block the fraud from happening.
Walmart rewards Mastercard has no intention of getting my money back.

I was very frustrated at the representative from India considering I had this card for many years! He had the nerve to be pissed when I ask him to repeat! Get out the kitchen if you can't handle the heat! I dealt with other companies with some african and some latin folks who spoke way less english than him but they were patient, nice, and they were able to help me and my inquiries were more complicated than what I had asked that guy with Indian accent!
