Once I talked to their customer service I decided to pull all my plans out. Customer Service is the front line of a company and 5 min into my conversation with their service rep. who had terrible service manner and no idea how to answer my questions it made me realize this company will let me hanging off the cliff when it is time for a claim.

The medical took us (2 adults) about half a day. I felt that many questions were very personal, and some of them didn't seem justified. The contracted nurse admitted that Industrial Alliance's medical application was the longest and most complicated medical she had seen. While our broker was acting like it was a sure thing, my husband's application was "postponed".

Very poor customer service, very long delays to get back to you, very unhelpful, unilingual without effort to serve in your language. Stay away from this insurance broker Lynes Rivet of Services Gestavie Inc.
