Don’t expect anything. If the flight is delayed over 3 hours you simply won’t hear from them. They won’t answer calls or panicked emails/texts. They’ll wait until the flight is officially “cancelled” or re-scheduled under a temp flight number hence they will say “Sorry, cancellations aren’t covered”.
Mickey Mouse operation.
