Economical Insurance Auto Insurance Reviews

Economical Insurance is the worst insurance I have ever seen. Someone hit my car at the rear bumper mid of 2021 and up to now, they have never fixed my car. The adjuster never calls or reply emails or messages it’s 10 months and no response. Anyone insured with Economical Insurance should think twice and trice to find a better insurance company.

I had a bad experience with Economical insurance. Especially the adjuster name Robert. I wish I can give less than one star to this guy. He is super rude and never ever answers the calls and emails…. He didn’t provide any rental car... My car is sitting in towing yard for more than a month now…. Never ever go with this insurance company!

Worst customer service experience.
Going to change my auto and home insurance!
I asked the customer service lady why my premium went up, she told me like I cannot explain to you, it consists thousands of factors....it does not make sense to me...
