I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life and the customer service was the worst!!
I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone

Slow, slow bordering on unresponsive

Getting a hold of these folks is an exercise in patience plus. They do not have the staff to handle their clients. Their website is next to useless since no changes can be made on it. Sending a 'secure message' means that you may wait 5-7 days for a response.
Not renewing with them. I will pay extra to get some service.

Very deceiving

It is impossible to get a hold of them to change your policies or you get a quote done online and cannot reach them...

Insurance premium doubled

They had the best rate when I signed up, but 2 years later (no accidents, no claims, no traffic tickets, perfect driving record) my premium doubled! I called a different broker and they were 30% cheaper than was PC Insurance wants. Bye Bye PC Insurance.

Predatory pricing

Just called PC to get insurance because their online quote was by far the cheapest, but we had a policy cancelled in 2015 due to a credit card payment not going through but it was reinstated later the same day when we sorted the problem. PC counted that as a cancellation due to nonpayment and then wanted to have us pay in full (I was happy to do so as that was the original plan) but also wanted to jack the price up by almost $400. We have never had an at-fault accident, never had a speeding ticket, no driving violations, etc, completely clean driving record and only one issue ever with payment in our history so I found the extra almost $400 they wanted to charge us to be ridiculous. So I immediately told them no and had my husband call around, we ended up going through TD, exact same history, they also had us pay in full (again, we were happy to do so as it was our original plan anyway and we understand that we're more of a risk on paper due to the payment mix up in 2015), but they didn't jack the price up and we ended up with a better policy (24/7 roadside assistance, rental vehicle covered, accident forgiveness, new vehicle replacement, etc) for a little over $300 cheaper than what PC wanted to charge us.

Avoid PC at all costs, they quote you less so you think they'll be cheaper and then they try to screw you with fees and BS extra charges.
