I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They are awful about everything and have horrible customer service skills, talking snarky and down on people isn’t how you get a good review. Never again
Do not use this insurance company…. Incompetent! Had a claim and had to hire outside of the company to even get a hold of someone…. 2 months and still haven’t heard anything….. this is ridiculous! The only thing they have done was take our payments every month.
Nobody ever answers the phone, emails and I have now gone without a vehicle or rental for months…. Still waiting!
