I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with Pembridge Allstate Insurance's customer service. Our claim, filed over two months ago, remains unresolved, leaving us without a safe vehicle or rental car.
Issues Encountered:
- Neglect of Claim Resolution: Despite numerous emails and phone calls, there has been no meaningful update or resolution.
- Lack of Communication: Unreturned calls and unacknowledged emails have been the norm.
- Safety Concerns: With winter approaching, our car's condition poses serious safety risks.
- Unfulfilled Promises: No rental car has been provided, contrary to assurances.
Conclusion:
Pembridge Allstate's indifference to customer needs is appalling. Their focus on collecting premiums without providing support is unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing this insurer.

Consider alternative insurers that value customer satisfaction and timely claim resolution. Do not waste your money and time, they are terrible. They do not deserve to be a service company in the country, should be banned from any service activities.
Daughter had a hail claim submitted July 25, 2024 and has sent over 40 emails and left messages for the adjuster who just does not respond. My daughter called and asked for someone else to take over her claim, and they said they don't have anyone else. It is now Oct 9, 2024, and she is still waiting for an email or phone call. Ridiculous! Go with another company as I know my daughter will be shopping around after this.

If I could give this company a “no star” rating, I would. They screwed up in every department when I made a claim. Who was at fault (under investigation), lied to me on several occasions, tossed around from 6 different agents who did not know about my claims, forcing me to retell my situation over and over again and then never hearing from that agent again. After terminating my policy, they continued to take payments out, and charging me $50 fee for putting a block payment on my account. They still owe the therapeutic company for sessions. Very unprofessional and mismanaged company. If you want headaches, frustration and sleepless nights — choose this company.
Seems like they only work Monday to Friday and to reach out to an agent you have to keep holding for at least 45 minutes. If you have to call or report a claim on weekends or public holidays, then good luck. You won't be able to know what you should do. Because agents don't know anything. Once you have a contact with your claim advisor, the process will be smooth, but I feel like it is not worth money because when you really need information on what to do, there is no one with the right information available to answer your questions. I would definitely go with different insurance in the future.
My car was stolen in the April, and yet they did not sort out my case. During these periods a lot of time I was tried to contact through call, voice messages, email but no one answers. This company has unprofessional behavior and is wasting time.

I have been paying both my home and car insurance monthly for the past 5 years on time. On August of this year, I made my payment on the day it was due, and I got a confirmation email from them stating I have made the payment. A few weeks later, they email me about me not paying the month worth of insurance and wanting to charge me extra for not meeting the deadline. When I talked to an agent with my broker about the issue and how I did pay and have a confirmation email, they didn’t do anything to help. Honestly, I’m disappointed and will not be a client with this insurance company and would not recommend anyone to join this insurance company.
Was involved in a hit and run. I submitted a claim, got a call - had to call much over 15 times over 3 weeks (once or twice a day) to finally get connected to someone: not even the person who had initially called me. Disappointed over all.
I had very bad experience and don't fall in to traps of brokers to choose this company, I canceled my car insurance on 5 Oct, after 4 months they didn't reimburse my money which have been taken in summer for first and last deposit of renewal, however I didn't made contact for renewing for current year .
I was hit by another car while at a stop sign. I’ve never really have been injured before. Pembridge insurance adjuster has made my life so difficult. I do not receive responses nor do any of the health care providers ( physios, massage therapist, concussion clinic or eye Neurologist). There is constant barriers put up and delays.
I could never imagine my own insurance treating me like this. I have a care team willing to help me but there are such delays which has not allowed me to return back to work full time.
I am a public health care provider and I would never deny a patient care ever. I am made to feel like I’ve done something wrong.
I called main office requesting change of adjuster or at the very least someone return my call but no one has.
My colleagues and family are in disbelief.

The worst insurance to deal with. Late and missing paperwork. Policy cancelations without any warnings! Hours of sitting on the phone with no help! Stay away!
