My car is undriveable after an accident. It took Pembridge 12 days for first contact about my claim. 18 days after my accident and my car is STILL sitting in the tow yard where it was put right after the accident. No answers, no forward movement, nothing. EXTREMELY frustrated.
A car driver getting out of parking lot hit hard the back of my car. It was not my mistake but I was told that I have to pay 50% of repairs. The body shop sent Pembridge estimate for the repairs. After 2-3 days the body work was done I went to pick up the car and pay 50% of my part (about $687) but body shop will not release it as there was no approval from Pembridge for repairs they told me that they did not receive any estimate. It was Friday afternoon and I could not contact my claim advisor as he left early. After week end I again tried to contact my advisor but he was not there. I contacted a supervisor of Pembridge and got my car released as she promised to pay 50% of repairs without handling further..
To deal with this company is waste of time. Terrible service. Actually I will give 0% rating.
If you have a good driving record in AB, you should pay around $110/month (women - $105/month and men - $113/month). Do you overpay? Get an Alberta car insurance quote to start saving.
Experienced my first not at fault accident in over 10+ year of driving and thou Pembridge has been my insurance company for the last 5 or so years accident free , what a horrible experience it was with my claim.
Alex was my claim assistant and no matter how much I called and left messages and called and left message I would never get to speak with her. I got to my frustration point and went above her to her so call Supervisor or Manager Jose absolutely NO Better.
So my accident happen in December 2016 and thou I had to literally run after the person that hit me sending me into a park car, because she drove off, she allowed her son who was not at the accident to give the police report at the collision centre and give a totally different story (now I see how worthless people really are) which Pembridge easy gobbled up and told me the stories are conflicting so I now have to pay my $1000 deductible. Absolutely LUDACRIS! On top of that the accident accorded at the end of the second week in December I opted to choose my own repair shop to ensure the job was completed properly. They did not sent someone out to access my Vehicle until the second week of January 2017 and at which point they now wanted the bodywork shop to hurry the job, after my vehicle sat at the body shop for 3-4wk at Pembridge delay.
Making matters worse the adjuster calculated the repair time incorrect and Pembridge had to extend the rental vehicle I had and basically Jose the Supervisor said NO we’re not going to, it’s the fault of the body shop, keeping in mind Pembridge took 4wks to actually send out the adjuster, and I had to return the rental on a cold snowy evening even thou my vehicle was not ready. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
If this is what I pay $187/mths for I don’t want their service. I will definitely be looking for new cover and would ABSOLUTELY NEVER refer Pembridge Insurance to anyone.
DISGUSTED SERVICE
I had accident spring 2015. I was so impressed with the service and overall experience. My claim advisor was Daniel Kim, Ontario Property Division. I had two car seats replaced immediately. When I had an issues with the Body Shop as the quality of work was poor they allowed me to bring my car to another Body Shop. My car rental fees were all taken care of Pembridge - AllState, the car went through 2 body shops for repairs the costs of my rental were high and I didn't spend any penny and they even made sure I had an excellent rental car. They all made sure the second Body Shop (Royal Body Shop) will address all the issues which they did and all damaged parts were replaced, I got all brand new parts from my own service center Nissan.

Truck got into an accident 5 months ago. It’s still sitting at the body shop waiting on approval for repairs. It was a third party at fault and they still won’t give approval to fix. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
