It's a disgusting experience

Hello ! I bought 2 new cars and started working with this company, There was no problem we talked about everything with the broker after we got it. All my payments are automatic so long as they pull out of the card, they can get the money. I think they did this on purpose, for 2 months they did not receive the payment of 1 car. And yesterday a paper came to me about not paying. And of course 2 times the price, they have not written any details, they do not turn the phones now, even though it is me who is right. When I send an explanatory e-mail, they told me, you just have to pay. But what do I have to pay, why, how, why did not you get the money from the card in the automatic payment. As I said don't work with these people, I think they do it intentionally scammers.

APP is horrible

2.5 out of 5 stars

My wife and I have had the Apps on our phones for almost 4 months now and we are very disappointed in the App. It stops working constantly and records us driving when we are not even in the car. I have also talked with others who have this App and we all agreed that the App seems to be biased to men. I have had a clean driving record and the App said I get a 10% discount yet the App said my wife has been logged as speeding and using her phone while driving and yet she gets a 20% discount. I found this App inconsistent and faulty.

Horrible company, stay away.

In the winter of 2020, I was driving on highway 108 in New Brunswick Canada around 10 pm. Out of the blue, a deer bolted from the passenger side. We had no chance to avoid the accident so we struck the deer. We stopped and called the RCMP but since the deer was not on the road and none of us were injured, they did not come out. We were able to drive home. The next day we called Pembridge insurance. They treated us so poorly on the phone indicating we were at fault for the accident. When I arrived back home in Ontario there was a registered letter waiting for me. I opened it up and it was a cancellation for non-payment. How can I have a non-payment when they automatically withdraw payment monthly from my credit card.
I was told my credit card was expired. They never called me or write to me informing me. I phone my bank and the bank told me if they had tried to get the funds when they said they did there were no issues. To settle this they said I would need to pay a $50 fee. I told them I did nothing wrong and if they insist I pay this $50, I will go to another company. That's what I ended up doing. Now they have me on their file saying I was cancelled for non-payment. I will be taking them to small claims court if they do not resolve this to my satisfaction.

Pembridge refused medical treatment and has made my life very hard

1.3 out of 5 stars

After being rear-ended by a car going 70Kph, the car that hit us did not have insurance or a driver's license.
So my insurance (Pembridge) was supposed to cover Any therapy & treatment needed after the accident.
The only treatment Pembridge covered was at CBI London Ontario. Don't go there...
We had to do physio over webcam since the pandemic.
Pembridge denied all treatment after webcam physio.
1. Ortho - I hit my face on the steering wheel
2. Chiro
3. Massage therapy
I advise you to call a lawyer because Pembridge definitely is breaking the law & not processing claims taking out on their customers.

Super slimy!

My contract was up, and I had to switch companies as Pembridge couldn't offer the type of insurance I needed anymore. I had paid off all outstanding payments. 3 months later I received a letter saying it was final notice (this was the first and only letter I received from them) and that my overdue amount was about to go to collections. I spoke with numerous people and they all said the overdue amount was because I didn't finish my contract. Each time the teller would say they needed to call me back because there was no description as to why I owed money. After talking to finance, they would come back and say it's because I broke the contract. Which I didn't. And had a proof. They refused to do anything and I was FORCED to pay them money I didn't owe, or else they were sending it to collections. SUPER SLIMY!
