Walmart M/C Online Website

Recently, Walmart Mastercard online website did a whole new update. I have been frustrated with one feature and called in about it however not sure if it will make a dent in my issue. With the old online, when you were looking at your transaction(s). On the left side, you were able to see this info at all times. Your Current Balance Your Credit Limit Your Min Payment Needed Etc So now with the new updated website, it shows your current balance large and bold. Then when you go to view transactions, if you are looking over all your transactions and try to see if the total adds up to the current balance or if you need to go into another month's transactions etc. It would be nice to see the current balance at all times above. Instead, right now if you for example looking at your transactions and then trying to remember what your current balance was. You have to go out of that screen and go back to the main screen. You should not have to do that. Please put the current balance info available above on top when looking at your transaction history.

Good basic card with the worst service. With this card, customers can use rewards once the amount reaches $5. Worst service - so many disappointments! 1. They upgraded the website - that’s the biggest disappointment as it’s very inconvenience to a user; one can review only 3 or 4 transactions (laptop screen can accommodate only these many as a transaction has so much width gap from other) to see other one needs to scroll up or down; 2) Customer service is below average. I had to call 3 times to get reissue additional card and every time I was promised I would get in the next 7 to 10 business days. 3) Online messaging communication is not helpful. You send any message they respond by identical message - "sorry, this can’t be answered, please reach us on phone"... I have 3 replies to my messages which are identical like this. 4) Another worst feature is that pending transactions and approved transactions are mixed when you see it online which is very confusing. Raised inconveniences but no hope. I didn’t cancel my card as it’s not going to help me. So I have started using another card, which pays rewards annually but has good customer service and easy to use a website. I have a habit to review transactions 5 days a week. If you like to review your account regularly then you would be frustrated by the Walmart MasterCard website.

Disappointed in Website

In a recent website redesign, Walmart's master card has taken a giant leap backward. There is no facility to download transactions. Now I have to manually enter month's worth of transactions into my personal accounting software every month. Walmart's master card was my main card. I will switch over to another card gradually and will stop using it because of this huge inconvenience.

Worst credit card in market

This is the worst reward card in the market due to the following reasons: 1. No option to pay the bill online. If you want to wait in the customer service queue to pay the bill, go for it. 2. Store associates can open the account in 1-2 minutes but cannot take a request to close the account. 3. The worst cashback reward as compare to other products in the market. 4. Stone aged website.

Ridiculous

I tried to go online AND by phone to report a damaged card and get a replacement, after spending half an options and ended up there's no option on the online banking, no option at customer service phone line and got a message telling me "no one is available to help me" at the report lost line, just wonderful!!!

Horrible Customer Service

Have never been able to even use their website because it constantly locks me out. Every time. Then you have to call customer service and deal with a foreign agent who tries to upsell insurance and can't help with unlocking account anyway. Deplorable customer service. Their algorithms constantly lock the account and decline normal transactions. Garbage.
