Charges without explanation and monthly statements. When it ran in normal, it seemed to be ok. But when you meet any situation, the terrible treatment starts.
I got some question about my previous charge and contacted with the customer service. No explanation and the transaction details provided. I canceled my card and found my online was locked off right away. I requested the monthly statement for reviewing and checking numerous. Every time the customer service representative always said I should get it within 10 days. After 100 days waiting, the required monthly statements have not been shown up. Even though I fully paid my last statement balance, and verified the balance became "0" by calling. My closed account balance is still growing. Where can I get this terrible service off?
Don't try it, you will be beaten up.
Tried to make a purchase and it was declined. By the time I spoke to the 4th agent after verifying my identity over and over and over again. I was steaming mad. Still declined the purchase. Looked like an idiot in front of people in the store. Worst clown show ever!

Walmart blocked my card. I tried to clarify with them that it's not fraud but was told that they will need to call me back first to confirm. I called them, but they said they will need to call me directly the next day. Wasted three days of going back and forth. Walmart needs to move their customer service department to another part of the world that can do a better job.
Have never been able to even use their website because it constantly locks me out. Every time. Then you have to call customer service and deal with a foreign agent who tries to upsell insurance and can't help with unlocking account anyway. Deplorable customer service. Their algorithms constantly lock the account and decline normal transactions. Garbage.
After having my card blocked 3x by Walmart's security algorithm the 4th time Walmart required me to send in the fax of my driver's licence. Ok, over the top I thought because I could answer all their questions, but later I found out they were going to wait 3-5 business days to re-enable my card! I didn't use my card in any way other than was spelled out in the user agreement. I had one late payment 9 years ago, that's it. My account is in good standing and nowhere near my credit limit. This is lousy customer service to an extreme. Avoid Walmart Mastercard like the plague!

I did an online Walmart order, I shopped at another local store to use the card in person. I received a phone call later that day from their security division. They had put a lock on my card until I fax them more ID for my security... mine or theirs. I told them I have no intention of faxing my personal info anywhere.
I called back and spoke to someone reading talking points. She had no capacity to answer why my card was locked. She told me I had used it correctly but it was locked because... because what? No response. I asked for a supervisor... 24-48 hours wait, so I waited.
72 hours later no supervisor called so I called and cancelled the card after paying off the balance. The agent said he was sorry I was cancelling. I said if you really cared, someone would have called me when I asked.
