I will be withdrawing this card as the basic feature to make the payment is so complicated.

If you don’t use it for 6 months they cancel your card & slap a high inactive charge on you!
Have been waiting for a $189 refund due to overpaying for 5 months & the answer I keep getting is “check is in the mail” plus once 6 more Ki this passes they’ll decrease my refund by another $10 - so I overpaid $189 & only being refunded $169
Avoid this SCAM credit card!!!!

One of the worst credit cards

They have this nasty habit of making your limit exceed (they call it a common curiosity advancement) but then hit you up with a nasty over-limit penalty.
Watch out for this credit card its a scam.
Again horrible service I called and I asked for a supervisor and they disconnected twice. And keep giving me the run around to resolve my problems.

You have to contact customer support to just understand the statement. When you export the statement to CSV and do the math, it never matches. What they say you owe is always much higher than what you calculate.

Customer service is poor. You have to call for everything, during business hours and waste an hour waiting in line etc.

Their "secure communication" option is a Joke. No matter what you ask there, they send the same template answer as below:

Simple mistake - overpayment one time. No
response in customer care service... Multiple times I call but almost one month never refund...

If you are considering the Walmart World MC be prepared for long wait times and substandard customer service. I have now called 3 times regarding a hold they put on my card. The first call they told me nothing was wrong, second call I spoke to someone in the Philippines who was obviously reading from a script and did not listen to my specific concerns. Told me they had tried to SOS and I did not respond. I did not receive anything from them. I was transferred to their Security department and told they had removed the hold and I could try using the card again in 10 minutes. When I did so it was declined. I called back a third time and asked that my call be escalated and I again spoke to someone in the Philippines who just regurgitated what I had already been told. I don't feel like a valued customer event when I pay my credit card in full every month. I will be switching cards! The only thing this card is good for is the points.

Edreams is a fake ticketing agent. Walmart MasterCard reviewed documents for over 6 months with a clear fake message from the Edreams site "Refund in Progress" (still now). After 8 months MasterCard never call me back or communicate in any way. The chargeback department closed my claim because Edreams said they mailed tickets.
It is so convenient for fraud Edreams ticketing agent cooperate with Walmart MasterCard chargeback department because no-service for customers at Walmart MasterCard is the best protection for crooks from Edreams lure customers for years. The Internet is full of Edreams reviews and warnings that they are fraud, but Walmart MasterCard is on their side.

Have had this card for years and have not had a problem until recently. Had the option to lock and unlock the card as needed for security reasons, but suddenly that option was taken away and my card is locked I can not unlock it. When I called the first time I got someone who spoke English so poorly I could not understand what they said. I speak English not Hindi. The second time I called the person said she would fix it. The third time I called the person I spoke to said it could take up to 48 hours to fix...hope I don't have to call a 4th time.

Don't even get this MasterCard! Nobody will help you! Not even customer service... It is a bad company doing fraud! No customer service! The card is blocked from transactions and they will keep it blocked... They will say we will call you back but nobody will and nobody helps...

Was promised a supervisor will call me back in 24 hours but never did. Called back 2nd time and insist on waiting for the supervisor to answer the phone and I had to wait over 1 hour for someone to answer.
Customer service is so poor.
