I tried to go online AND by phone to report a damaged card and get a replacement, after spending half an options and ended up there's no option on the online banking, no option at customer service phone line and got a message telling me "no one is available to help me" at the report lost line, just wonderful!!!
Walmart Reward Mastercard is not worth the trouble. Could not download my transactions and when I tried to ask them through the secure message channel, they refuse to answer. Instead told me to contact them through the phone. What the point of having a secure message is when they don't use it to reply to a question? How to download the transaction to Microsoft Money?
