Terrible CSR experience

Called this insurance company to have another family member added to the original insurance.

Asked for a quote, and after being put on hold several times and the call moving from a quote to an escalation call, that lasted over 45 minutes of my time, I was told, that a manager will call or email me back at a later time.

More time is taken from my normal day with no satisfactory results to show, just more aggravation to be continued for me.

Worst service

Their contact centre people are terrible! Every time you called them they don't know anything. They keep telling you we will call back and nobody calls you back. 4 times I called them they keep transferring here and there and when I asked to speak to their supervisor they said they are not available. I mean are you guys crazy if you don't know anything I asked to escalate then they don't have a manager available... What the hell you guys are getting paid for. The worst experience with call centre representatives. The last time I spoke to a lady Julie who in return started shouting I was asking her something else she does not understand English she was replying something else.

They always put you on hold to find out answers.
Fail to inform you about 'claims free' issues till after you make a claim.
The increase - they told me it would be way less than what they ended up charging me!
Shopped around and they were 45% more than others would charge!

Poor customer service so I am changing insurers!

lousy service

I spent over an hour yesterday trying to purchase both house and car insurance. After being placed on hold I was disconnected. The sales representative called back and spent another 10 minutes taking more info from me. In the middle of calculating my premiums, I was told that their computer crashed. So the representative made an appointment to call at a specific hour today. She did not call back. If a company can't service a buyer what a disaster it would be to have a claim. I will not be dealing with this company EVER
